About this service
Exterior paint is a coating that has to survive sun, rain and temperature swings, and most failures start with prep that was rushed. We spend the first day washing, scraping and sanding so the new paint has something sound to hold on to.
Trim, doors and shutters are finished after the main walls, and we leave the site clean.

Pressure wash to remove dirt, chalk and mildew
Loose and peeling paint scraped and feathered
Gaps caulked and bare wood primed
Windows, fixtures and plants protected
Rotted trim flagged to you before we paint over it (carpentry quoted separately)

We watch the forecast and the surface. Paint goes on only when walls are dry and the temperature is in the product's range, so rain days move the schedule, not the quality.
Not directly. Loose paint is removed and edges are feathered first, otherwise the new coat peels with the old.
