Estimates and pricing
No. It is an estimate range, not a quote. After a free walkthrough you receive a written quote with a fixed price for the agreed scope.
Surface condition, ceiling height, repairs and colour changes all affect time and materials. We narrow the range at the walkthrough.
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation. We measure, check surfaces and talk through colours and timing.
Before and during the job
Yes. We move furniture to the middle of each room and cover it. Please clear shelves, fragile items and wall decor.
Not every day. Someone should be there for the start and the final walkthrough. We can arrange key handover for the rest.
Most bedrooms take one day. A whole-home interior takes two to five days. Exteriors take four to eight working days depending on weather.
Paint and colour
We use professional-grade, low-odour interior paint and weather-rated exterior paint, chosen for the surface and your budget. We will name the products in your quote.
Yes. Book a colour consultation and Hana will bring samples to your home and check them in your light.
Premium adds extra prep, higher-grade paint and a third coat where it matters, such as dark colours or heavy wear areas.
Warranty and insurance
Peeling, blistering and cracking caused by our prep or application for 2 years. The warranty page lists what is and is not covered.
Yes, we are licensed and insured. We can send a certificate to a landlord or property manager on request.
Tell us during the final walkthrough and we fix it the same day, or after, and we will not be finished until you are happy.
